"G Bot" Usage.

1. Nature of the Service

“G Bot” is an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based conversational assistant designed to optimize inquiry routing and informational requests regarding GTALENT enterprise services.

By utilizing this service, the user acknowledges that they are interacting with an automated system and not a human operator, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the platform.

2. Liability and Proper Use

• Accuracy & Limitations: The user acknowledges that generative AI models may occasionally produce inexact, outdated, or incomplete answers.
• Referential Content: Information provided by “G Bot” is strictly referential and shall not constitute binding legal, financial, or engineering counsel.
• Verification: It is the sole responsibility of the user to corroborate and validate information before taking strategic decisions based upon it.
• Prohibited Use: The misuse of “G Bot” to generate defamatory, unlawful, offensive, or malicious content, or to infringe third-party intellectual property, is strictly prohibited.

3. User Obligations

Access to “G Bot” is conditioned upon strict compliance with professional conduct standards:

Proper Conduct & Input Quality: The user is solely responsible for maintaining courteous language and ensuring clarity in their queries to guarantee the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-generated responses.

4. Intellectual Property and Licensing

The Company grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to interact with “G Bot”.

• The user retains ownership rights over their input data (inputs), while granting GTALENT a license to process them solely for service delivery purposes.
• Generated outputs (outputs) are subject to applicable intellectual property regulations depending on the degree of human involvement and local legislation.

Third-Party Integrations

Our services may integrate third-party software, models, or APIs (“Third-Party Services”). Third-party services are governed by their respective independent terms, and GTALENT assumes no liability for external provider infrastructure.

5. Security & Cybersecurity

In accordance with Cybersecurity Framework Law No. 21.663, Computer Crime Law No. 21.459, and ISO 27001 standards, the user agrees to:

• Refrain from attempting to breach, reverse-engineer, or execute prompt-injection attacks against “G Bot”.
• Refrain from introducing malware, scripts, or malicious payloads. GTALENT reserves the right to terminate access and report anomalous activity to competent authorities to initiate appropriate legal actions against cyber threats targeting company infrastructure.

In accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 21.719 and Law No. 19.628, the processing of user data is governed by the following provisions:

Data Controller

GTALENT is committed to the responsible collection and handling of information, applying certified technical and organizational security measures under ISO 27001.

Traceability, Identification & Data Usage

• Traceability: GTALENT strictly respects user privacy; therefore, it does not store conversation histories or technical identifying metadata (IP address, user credentials, timestamps) from general bot interactions.
• Collected Data: Information actively and voluntarily provided by the user when requesting direct human follow-up (such as full name, corporate email address, and telephone number).
• Interaction Summaries: Brief summaries of inquiries may be transferred to our specialized enterprise teams to ensure contextual continuity during direct technical consultations.
• Purpose: Inquiry management, technical support, and service qualification through the AI model.
• Authorization: By accepting these terms, you authorize GTALENT to process and retain voluntarily submitted contact information for the time strictly necessary to address your corporate inquiry.

6. Data Subject Rights

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a "User" is any natural person who voluntarily accesses or interacts with the "G Bot" tool.

The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability, and restriction of processing by contacting gestioniso@g-talent.cl.

Data will be stored only as long as required to fulfill the business inquiry or to satisfy statutory legal limitation periods.
